You’ll find plenty of attractions and activities for the whole family to enjoy. The family will love Mike’s Farm, Altitude Trampoline Park, or take the younger ones to Zing Zumm Children’s Museum. Enjoy scenic bike trails, many outdoor water activities like kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, year-round fishing or visit one of many public parks. You can spend the day at Topsail Beach, just a 30-minute drive with numerous public access points. Head 30 minutes east to Swansboro and kick around for the day in the quant shops and great restaurants. Both of these areas offer fresh seafood restaurants you won’t want to miss. The world is your oyster in beautiful Jacksonville and Onslow County.

Unique tributes like the Freedom Fountain and the Lejeune Memorial Gardens are a must when you are visiting. Lejeune Memorial Gardens is located on the corner Montford Landing Road off of Lejeune Boulevard. This is where residents, military members and visitors come to honor those who serve our country and remember those who have given the greatest sacrifice for our freedom. Lejeune Memorial Gardens is one of the more impressive and moving memorials you’ll experience. Take the path through the gardens and experience The Beirut Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, The Montford Point Marine Memorial, The Corpsmen Memorial and the worlds largest 3D Eagle Globe and Anchor statue at the future site of the Museum of the Marine.
